Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Blum of Global Heart Project.
Before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
The Global Heart Project is a global community of women committed to uplifting other women economically, emotionally, and socially around the world. Our goal is to impact 1 million women by 2030 and bolster each of those women in impacting millions of more lives by supporting what they stand for and contribute. Together, we are changing the world one heart at a time.
I have the honor of coaching and leading women around the globe by awakening their full soul potential, activating their intuitive power, and supporting them in contributing their gifts to the world. Every day I wake up with the drive to fulfill the vision I have of a world that is peaceful, connected, and unified.
The Global Heart Project was inspired by a woman named Leneeh from Liberia who was in the Women’s Leadership Program that I lead through Hive.org. (This program is taught online where we connect women from multiple countries around the globe.) During the program, while she was sharing her goal to create an adult literacy program in her local community, her wifi and electricity kept going out which challenged our communication. This is when Leneeh informed us that she only needed $200 to get her building leak fixed so she could run her program in a proper school building, and ironically the light bulb went off for me.
I realized that I wanted to build a platform that would have local facilitators and a supportive community for these women in areas with lower quality wifi and less access to resources. I wanted to create a platform that would be able to eventually fund projects like Leneeh’s Adult Literacy School. My hope for this particular platform, is to empower women with the emotional and business tools to uplift themselves into higher levels of leadership and global contribution.
The Global Heart Project is partnered with women in over 13 countries who are now certified as Hive Women’s Leadership Facilitators. These countries include Nigeria, Pakistan, Yemen, Algeria, Uganda, Namibia, Libera, Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Cameroon, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, and the USA.
These local facilitators will be bolstering the women in their communities by providing economic support through business startup training, and uplifting them emotionally by offering empowerment training.
Together we are building loving communities around the globe, and inspiring women everywhere to stand in their power and lift up those around them.
This project gives my heart the greatest joy and I feel blessed to be partnered with amazing women who care deeply about creating a more interconnected and peaceful world.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Doing anything outside the box is going to bring a ton of challenges and growth. However, I believe challenges are there to shape us into stronger versions of ourselves. The dream I hold of a new humanity has been my light and torch during challenging and uncertain times on my business journey. Our community of women give each other strength to move past fears, obstacles, and really any challenge that shows up when building something big.
We always encourage the women in our leadership programs to find the work their soul is meant to fulfill. When you do that thing that you know your soul is meant to do, you are more willing to move through the challenges and obstacles.
It is my dream to support the evolution of humanity to higher states of love and I hope to inspire many others to stand in the leadership of this vision.

I support women by helping them awaken their soul purpose, activate their intuition, and contribute their unique gifts. I believe the path of soulful leadership is a path of awakening. Throughout this journey, you discover who you truly are and how your one life can make a huge difference.
In addition to my Soul Awakening Women’s Leadership Program, I run the Global Heart Project (GHP). The GHP brings the Hive Women’s Leadership Program into multiple countries across the globe. This program empowers women economically and emotionally to rise into their roles as leaders and support their communities.
I am proud of all of the women who have been involved and who have had the courage to let their light shine.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am looking forward to future collaborations with more organizations with similar missions, because I know we are more powerful together. My hope is to see our local, Global Heart, Women’s Leadership Programs grow and support women in their fight to rise out of poverty, claim their voice, and have a bigger impact in issues that matter.
