Serendipity is an event Floral Design Studio located in beautiful Pacific Palisades, California.
I combine my passion for nature and creativity to curate beautiful floral designs and tablescapes. I seek fresh blooms and unique materials to bring beautifully presented arrangements to life, creating an exceptional experience for every event.
My work experience and educational background gives me insight into understanding my clients, creating their vision, and attention to detail all while keeping within a budget. Serendipity strives to deliver a memorable experience for your special day.
I earned a degree in psychology and business communication from York University in Toronto, Canada. This led me to a career in the finance industry. After many years in this field I decided to explore other interests.
Throughout my life I have been drawn towards creative and rewarding endeavors, which led me to the art of design.
After some time away from the workforce, serendipitous events guided me to pursue my passion for floral design. My creative spirit combined with attention to detail and customer service learned during my career is visible in every project I undertake.
I am excited to partner with you to make your celebration memorable.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It was challenging getting back into the workforce and learning how to balance career and family. My children were used to having mommy around all the time. But they are supportive and encouraging.
Serendipity Floral Design Studio – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Serendipity creates floral designs for all events; from intimate to extravagant. We specialize in curating custom fresh flower arrangements for all occasions. We are known for our attention to detail and customer service. I am most proud of the friendships that I develop with my clients. It’s more than just a business transaction to me. It’s about creating long term relationships.
Serendipity is also thrilled to donate 10% of all sales to Deity Animal Rescue and Foundation. Deity is a non-profit rescue organization based in Los Angeles. They rescue, rehabilitate and place stray neglected and abused dogs into loving homes.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I feel successful when my customers are satisfied and trust me enough to refer my service to their family and friends.
