Damone Roberts, Entrepreneur, celebrity make-up artist, beauty therapist, as well as the star of TLC’s Ten Years Younger has the renowned talent for sculpting the perfect arch and painting faces of some of the world’s most beautiful and famous people including Madonna, Beyoncé, Gwyneth Paltrow, Megan Fox, Channing Tatum, Alicia Keys, Nicki Minaj and Robert Downey Jr. to name a few.
Damone’s philosophy is that each person exudes their individual beauty and “every face deserves the perfect frame®”. In 2002, Damone created his flagship salon, Damone Roberts Beverly Hills ®, we were one of the world’s first eyebrow salon. We now offer eyelash extensions, skincare, and body waxing.
What sets us apart from other Salons? We train our Artists in “The Damone Roberts Experience” and how to shape according to the person’s facial structure, vs using a stencil! Our Guests love the music, relish in the energy, with either a hot latte or a glass of champagne, topped with excellent customer service!!!
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has seen some bumps! We’ve had to change with the times to remain relevant and competitive!
Some of the struggles has been keeping the Damone Roberts brand consistent within the Salon and staffing the BEST Team!
Many times through the years the Artists have been more focused on their artistry, vs customer service.
My staff is trained to treat everyone the same regardless if you’re Beyoncé, or the girl that’s saved up for 6 months to visit us!

Damone Roberts’ Artists are selected from a pool of talented aestheticians, trained in the “Damone Roberts Technique” and masterfully carrying out the tradition of sculpting “The Perfect Arch” every time!
Our greatest success is not only showing people how to see themselves in a special way, but also in making them love it, live it and most importantly, believe it!.
