Meet Cristian Musacchi of Sacred Art School Freestyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cristian Musacchi.

Cristian, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born in Codigoro (Italy) and I dedicated my life to sport. I tried many kinds of sport to then fall in love for martial arts.

For 15 years, I trained competitive Karate and 8 years of acrobatic for adults. With a martial art background and training acrobatic movements I start to feel the wish to mix together these 2 sports, my desire to move the body freely was very strong and with tricking I found the answer I was looking for, martial arts and acrobatics mix in one only, exciting sport where I had to adapt and build my body in order to improve! I had to do something about it, I wanted to have a group of people to grow up with, to share my passion, to allowed others to move freely as I wanted the “school of sacred arts” was born and I decided to involve 2 good friends to help me out with my idea, Andrea Bellini was a gymnast and now a gymnastic coach who still love to practice acrobatic movements, and Antonio Grandi, a professional dancer and me as martial artist we were the perfect mix of people to start a school of movements together. Helping each other to learn new, fun, and beautiful movements and having our own space we could help others to achieve this dream around the world. In the last 2 years together we went to Roma, New York, Barcelona, Miami, Londra, Venezia, Valencia, Amsterdam, Siviglia, Ibiza, Las Vegas, and just last summer Los Angeles where we meet new friends and had fun. In July 2017 we decided to organize a tricking gathering called “the Sacred Gathering” many people from different nations around Europe come to visit us. It was a great experience and we had lots of fun. The idea to create this gathering came by the need to meet new people with our same passion, and compare our different skills level. It wasn’t an easy task, but at the end the results were really good and we are proud of it!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It wasn’t easy at all, especially at the beginning, because we had to grow up with our only strengths and knowledge, learning from our mistakes, but as every experience does it help us to grow up stronger and united as a team.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Sacred Art School Freestyle – what should we know?
The “Sacred Art School Freestyle” is still expanding. Accept everyone and teaches a lifestyle beside their own life, wishes and at the same time team work, to improve our school to improve further. We teach the value to improve over your own skill level and knowledge, not a challenge toward other people but a personal fight to improve yourself above your own imagination. We show our work with some artistic photos in extreme position that required lots of training and self-expression, with amazing backgrounds in every place we went so far, to improve our general and specific knowledge. We accept anyone who wants to be part of our project, from everywhere in the world, to improve our vision of the world and never stop learn. Our pride is to see how our teaching point push people to understand the meaning of “RESPECT” the meaning of overtake limits, fear, in sport, and everyday life.
