Today we’d like to introduce you to Christina Cooper.
Christina was born and raised in the city of angels, otherwise known as Los Angeles, California. Being mixed with half Jamaican and half Chinese, model scouts found her looks to be eccentric & captivating. After being scouted & signed to MSA models in Los Angeles, The One models in Milano, and to ICAN models in Germany, she has worked with companies such as Vogue, Reebok classics, Roberto Cavalli, Victoria Secret Pink, Cesar Galindo, Elléments magazine, Ebony magazine, Cristian & Co. Milano and so many more international brands.
Now being 23, her modeling career has led to acting roles, including playing the role of ‘Chloe’ on “Lipstick” the series & in “Lipstick” the movie, her role ‘Crystal’ in the “Never Heard” movie alongside Karrueche & Lil Romeo (soon to hit theaters), and she is also playing the role of ‘Miko’ on the new “Dear White People” Netflix tv series. She also just booked the leading role of ‘Korryn’ on the new tv pilot “Fourth down”. Christina has been able to spread the news about her new role on the BET red carpet, as well as the Espys red carpet & at the Emmys. She continues with her career to uplift young women and help young girls focus on a more positive path and let their creativity lead them to beautiful opportunities! One day she plans to create her own foundation to help people in the Los Angeles community and around the world!

It’s definitely difficult being a woman of color in the industry. I just work harder & try to be the best at everything I do. They respect you when you do well & succeed.
