Today we’d like to introduce you to Cayden Riley.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started working in a gym at 14 years old. I became a 2-time state grappling champion in high school. I continued working in a gym as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. throughout college.
After graduating College in 2008, I started an internship with the IFBB Mr. Olympia Competition. After 2 years, I was promoted to Event Coordinator and Social Media Manager. I have been working for the Olympia ever since. I now have been in production of bodybuilding shows throughout the world.
During this time, I have grown my personal Training and Online Training Gym. We originally started in San Dimas. And now we have a 5500sq facility in Pomona, Ca. I have trained hundreds of athletes and professionals in various careers. We also have one of the largest competition teams training out of our gym. I give a lot of credit to my beautiful wife Brittany for the support she gives me every day and my 3 beautiful kids Calton, Brooke and Bree give me all the fuel I need to succeed! Also, I give thanks to Jesus because without my lord God, I would not be here today.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The main struggle was the crash of 2008 and 2009. Times were tough but I believe that if you care about your client’s wellbeing and produce great results then everything will take care of itself.

At Zero Gravity Fitness we are known for bringing a no BS approach to fitness. We specialize in dieting for all types of people. And we will produce incredible results no matter what stage in life our clients come from.
