Today we’d like to introduce you to Carlos Alfaro.
Carlos, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My brother started working as a plumber in 2006 right after receiving his certificate. In 2009, he encouraged me to join him. And now I’m very glad I made the right choice. We have worked hard, learned a lot, have determination and dedication, and to top it off, we really love what we do. We have built a strong business relationship. In 2016, my brother and I decided we can start our own company. Young and driven, with babies coming, we decided it was the right time. Our goal is to build great relationships with happy clients, at reasonable prices without hurting our quality of work. We do our best and will excel expectations, that is what keeps our motors going to better ourselves and be successful.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Being young, it can be difficult for some people to trust your abilities. What has been awesome is once they give us the opportunity to do our job they’re impressed and it feels really good to overcome them being skeptical. We want to make a good name for ourselves, and getting trust to build our company is our main focus.

I feel the lessons I have learned is never give up and never stop chasing for more because in this business people will try to bring you down and you have to keep that fire and that motivation. We will always have good and bad days but the best days are when you overcome your bad days.
