Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryan Williams.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Bryan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My name is Bryan Juwan Williams AKA Big B, the nickname comes from the big energy that I bring whenever I’m on a set. My journey as a filmmaker has definitely been interesting. The first time I picked up a camera was at age 17 when I was working for a production company in Winter Haven, Florida. To feed this urge of becoming a filmmaker. I packed my bags left, my small town and pursue my career. Now I have a bachelor’s in producing and directing. I have come a long way from being that 17 years old kid just with a camera. Now I help people make their dreams become a reality.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There are many obstacles and challenges in the journey of being a director and a producer. But I have to say it’s exciting at times because you get bring life to a production. It has taken a couple of years of doing the grunt work and getting my hands dirty for little bit to finally see my vision come to fruition. I’m finally starting to see the fruit of my labor. Producing is all about longevity. You have to keep the end goal in the forefront. I keep this in remembrance, when you help others you’re helping yourself.
Please tell us about Big B Studios.
I’m the proud owner of Big B Studios. We are a multimedia company. We specialize in creating content for independent companies and sporting events. Our primary focus in our company is to electrify any dead areas in your company to help produce more revenue for your business. What sets us apart is the storytelling that we convey through brand identity or the backstory through of an athlete.one of the biggest things that I’m proud of is that we were able to be apart of the live broadcast of the UFC.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
One of my childhood memories was setting up movie time for my family. I always used to dress up in a suit to present the movie of the weekend and I made popcorn for my entire family. I wanted to give my family the experience that I got when I went to the movie theaters.
