Bryan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Ex-professional Basketball Player. Career cut short due to injuries.
After about one year of trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, I became interested in Real Estate. After meeting with one of my first basketball coaches (who had been a broker for 20+ years) I decided to get my license.
My first few years were filled with 12-14 hour workdays and constant grinding. During that time, I invested heavily in coaching, seminars, books and was able to learn so much about communication, the mind and sales. I also documented my journey online via Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
Today I have 154,000+ subscribers on YouTube, built a thriving real estate team, became a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Hypnotist, traveling national and international speaker (Have shared the stage with most participants of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing), have a coaching program with 300+ students, and have acquired five real estate investment properties.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely the opposite of a smooth road. I ran into early financial trouble because of my lack of knowledge around money and financial management.
Broke down in tears three times my first year in the real estate business.
Was doubted by every single person around me throughout the whole journey.
Struggled to grow and cultivate my social media following.
Please tell us about Team BC.
Team BC Real Estate Team is my Real Estate team that I started officially in 2017. We specialize in Residential Real Estate and New Development in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We also service the inland empire and do some Commercial transactions as well.
I am proud at our exceptional service and high level of ethics. We run a very honest and clean business, which is hard to find nowadays in this industry.
What sets us apart is our Results and style. We do things differently (While having a GREAT time) and we get people much better results than the average agent out there.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
The first moment I picked up a basketball. I knew my life would never be the same after that. I obsessed about the Game and fantasized about being in the NBA one day. My life became basketball.
