Meet Bruce Palmore of Wolf Wireless in North Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bruce Palmore.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Bruce. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 2015, I was doing management for 4Hunnid with YG, and The Frontrunnaz. Unforeseen circumstances and relocation caused me to change career paths. I got in a car accident as well and had no form of transportation. In the beginning of 2016, a friend of mine on Instagram had seen a phone case that I had on my phone and asked to purchase it for $30. She lived in New York and I immediately sold it to her. I told myself if I can sell one of these cases for $30 I can sell many more, and that’s where it began. I was riding my hover board from city to city with the charger in my backpack to charge the hoverboard at Starbucks or anywhere that I can find an outlet to be able to make it back home. I started with $300 and determination from selling iPhone cases I purchased wholesale. As sales increased, I told myself I needed to create a name for my company. I decided to take my Fraternity name “Beowolf” and created Wolf Wireless. After selling many cases, people would ask me to fix their phones. I never knew how to fix phones however, at the time I had a friend that worked in a mall Kiosk in Oklahoma so one day my frat brother asked me to fix his phone. I told him I didn’t know how but he didn’t care. He told me he would buy me the repair kit. I called my friend in Oklahoma and asked him to sell me some screens. I then taught myself how to fix the phones. A few months later, my friend was no longer working at the mall and I had no idea where to get screens from. I had applied to Ubreakifix and Apple to work as a technician but I never got a call back. One day I decided to walk in and followed up but I was never hired. I thought to myself, why can’t I land a job in my field? The whole reason I went to College was so that I wouldn’t be rejected, it didn’t matter if I graduated from College or not I never got hired, but I didn’t let that stop me. I started to conduct research on where to get more supplies, found a new supplier, and built my business. So now Wolf Wireless provided screen repair and cases, but I still wanted a way to be more unique than any other company out there. My selling point was the personalization of the phones, not only can you change the color of your phone but you can brand it with your company logo, signature, or anything that you may wish and that’s how I came up with Your Phone Your Way. Our exclusive “housing” is a custom frame that permanently replaces the rear housing of your cell phone. It is absolutely the most functional and attractive way to personalize your phone and make it look 100% unique and customized. Within one year Wolf Wireless has fixed and repaired thousands of phones and we have worked with multiple celebrities, athletes and Instagram influencers such as Faith Evans, YG, Mally Mall, AD, Sean Kingston, and more.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road is definitely not smooth, every day I am learning something new. Just the types of problems that I run into because I am self-taught it took a while there was no one to hold my hand through all of the trials I faced.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Wolf Wireless – what should we know?
My company repairs iPhones in 15 minutes or less for the screen repairs we specialize in our unique color swaps. The most proud I am of the company is the huge support and growth that we have had in just one year. I started on a hover board, built a home office, then eventually moved to an office in north Hollywood. What sets us apart is the customer service and the uniqueness people can create on their back of their phones, its literally an empty canvas waiting for Wolf Wireless to fill it.
