Today we’d like to introduce you to Bridget Ingram.
Hi Bridget, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Born in Texas and raised in California, I’ve been an entrepreneur since the age of 12, where my first gig was selling my mother’s Harlequin Romance novels to a neighbor for .10 each. From that point, I have owned several businesses. I can plan an event, prepare your taxes, mentor you, or put you in your dream home. What is the correlation between these? I love helping others. God gave me a servant’s heart, and I get joy from seeing others achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations. I started my Real Estate career part-time in 2000; I then took a break to work and raise my children. In 2021 I decided to take the leap and take my broker’s test, it took me 4 times to pass the test, but I never gave up. I opened my brokerage, B. Ingram Realty, in 2021. We specialize in 1st time home buyers. I currently have 4 realtors in my brokerage. Often others see potential in you that you do not necessarily see, in 2022 I was nominated to be a board of Director for Rancho Southeast Board of Realtors 2022-2025. I currently serve as President of Women’s Council of Realtors South Bay, where our mission is: “We are a network of successful Realtors advancing women as business leaders in the industry and communities we serve”. This organization has helped me overcome my fear of speaking in public, and the support, networking, and relationships you build are amazing.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has not been easy, I’ve been depressed, divorced twice, lost everything, but through a lot of prayer and perseverance I am rebuilding and helping others through this journey. My will is to never give up. I strongly believe that we all go through something to help and bless others. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Give a smile to someone today; you never know how that smile can help their day.

B. Ingram Realty a small boutique brokerage located in the beautiful city of Cerritos, CA. We specialize in First Time Home Buyers, as well assisting sellers with the sale of their home or investment property. We are here to assist you in the real estate process. Our agents are committed to each and every client that comes through our doors. Our agents live and work in the neighborhood and know the area well, which helps them service our client’s needs,
What were you like growing up?
As a young child, I always enjoyed playing outside and listening to music. As I think back, I would have pretend stores and businesses along with the other neighborhood kids up until the age of 12 when I actually started my very first business. I have been a visionary since a young child. I’m still in contact with my childhood friends from over 30 years ago.
