Meet Bianca-Sinead Sims of Built for Greater, Busy Bee’s Enrichment Center

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca-Sinead Sims.

Bianca Sims is a native of Milan, Tennessee. She is a devoted wife, mother, published author, educator, a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, by way of the Iota Upsilon chapter at Bethel University in McKenzie, TN, the owner and operator of the branding movement, Built for Greater, the director of Busy Bea’s Enrichment Center, and the Founder of The TogetHER network for moms.

Bianca is grounded in her faith and an avid worshiper. She’s a member of Innovation Church of Memphis, under the leadership of Pastor Marron and Tori Thomas.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from Bethel University she relocated to Memphis, TN. There she began focusing on purposeful work in mental health and education. Mrs. Sims has worked with special education students at the elementary and middle school students. Bianca has also worked in higher education and concentrated in adult learning and development during her master’s degree program. She chooses excellence over excuses for herself and in the work she’s blessed to do.

Has it been a smooth road?
Absolutely not! But anything worth having doesn’t come easy!!

My main struggle has been overcoming fear and working through insecurities! However, faith requires action, and because I believe others can benefit from my obedience, I’m willing to put the work in!

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I do a number of things. I am known most for my work in education and mental health. My businesses are centered around faith, family, and fitness. Built for Greater is all about promoting excellence over excuses and actively inspiring individuals to consciously pursue greatness in all aspects of life. This branding movement provides vivid apparel, workout gear, and more.

Busy Bea’s provides quality care and opportunities for children to learn, grow, and play in a number of ways. And TogetHER is a safe place for black moms to do life, unwind, socialize and connect.

I am most proud that I get to live out my purpose in all three platforms. I truly feel that I was built for this and I stay in my lane! That’s what sets me apart!
