Meet Bart Cooper of Maxwell Dickson in Downtown Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bart Cooper.

Bart, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Moved to LA from PA because of the weather. Continued to create art. And the rest is history!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Owning your own business is always a roller coaster ride. You have your great days as well as your bad days. One of the biggest struggle was at the beginning. Just getting to understand the business part of things. The creating is fun and to me the easy part.

Please tell us about Maxwell Dickson.
Maxwell Dickson is an Art Driven Lifestyle. I created it for the lovers of art. But most of all I make my art prices affordable to be able to purchase and have in your home. I create my pieces with color and many emotions in mind to capture the attention of my observers. I want each individual piece to converse with the viewers soul when they look at my pieces. I believe art should speak volumes.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would not really do anything different. Things seem to be working our great!
