Meet Avi Davis of CodeMedia 360 in Burbank

Today we’d like to introduce you to Avi Davis.

Avi, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Two software engineers, I and my colleague had a dream of providing quality tech to the world at affordable prices. Before CodeMedia 360 we were both working at other tech companies who did not care about their customers and we just couldn’t continue down that road. We started CodeMedia 360 to make a difference and help our community grow as we did. We enjoy helping and guiding small to large-sized businesses through this tech jungle and provide them solutions to their challenges and not just another product. We strive to provide the highest quality product for a given budget coupled with unparallel customer service. Thank you to all our customers who wrote amazing reviews and got us to where we are today.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh no, it definitely has not. Providing good tech to none tech people is challenging sometimes. There is a large gap of knowledge between what services we provide and what are normal business dealings for products and services. Businesses are used to giving over a brief description of what they need and getting a quote right on the spot. We provide software engineering and need to do a pretty in-depth evaluation of a companies business logic to match it correctly to our programming logic 100%. This has been challenging but we solved it and provide a great project discovery. For one client, I sat in on their daily operations and worked for several hours to understand truly what the client needed.

Please tell us about CodeMedia 360.
At CodeMedia 360, we are not like other development companies. We are a boutique agency comprised of incredibly smart and passionate individuals who truly care about helping our customers achieve their goals. We have a model in place that is both cost effective while providing a top quality product. With industry-leading customer service and top quality work, our customers feel at ease with their projects from the beginning until the end. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
From a young age, I was exposed to my grandfather’s antique jewelry business in Midtown Manhattan. He sold jewelry to “Mom & Pop” jewelers around the country. He always greeted everyone with a firm handshake and big smile. I noticed he always went above and beyond to make sure everyone in his shop felt at home and treated each individual as if he were his only client. By providing them with top quality merchandise and meeting and exceeding their expectations. He did not only ensure his own success but the success of his customers. It really made a tremendous impression on me and made me think about how I would want to run my own business one day. I try to understand and help each customer with their specific issues and needs. By working together, the goal is to help them grow their business successfully just like my grandfather did.
