Before starting in the automotive industry I worked in finance and law. I decided to follow my passion for automobiles and auto racing and switched my career in that direction in 2001. I held management positions for manufacturers such as Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Bentley, and Rolls Royce. About 5 years I decided to leave my position and start my own business. As a single father who was committed to spend as much time as possible with my two children, I team up with a long time friend/client and start The Auto Collection.
Having my own business would give me the opportunity to have the ability to have lots of time with my children. The Auto Collection was originally located in Inglewood, CA but we moved to our Pasadena Location in Summer of 2017. I have lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work with great mentors in the industry and by having the ability to understand customer needs, I have tailored the business with goals 100% customer satisfaction. We thrive on exceptional service and long-term relationships with all of our clients.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
If anyone tells you starting, running, and more importantly being successful in any business is a smooth road, is either lying or has had a lot of help from others to run the show. My divorce happened right at the brink of the recession and the combination of both put a huge toll on me financially, physically, and mentally. If it was not for the love and support of amazing family and friends, I do not know how I would be able to be strong enough to move forward, succeed, and most importantly be a great father to my children.
But thankfully with a strong mind and will, all things are possible. Let’s not forget the amazing clients that I have had for over the years that have put their trust of automobile needs in my hands. Whether they wanted to buy the first car for their 16 years old child or add the most unique and exotic automobile to their already exquisite collection, they have always given me the opportunity to earn their business. And for that, I am most humbled.
