Thanks for sharing your story with us Arturas. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
From childhood I liked breaking and fixing stuff. Sometime the stuff I disassembled which were totally fine, where not after my experiments. Off course today it’s the opposite. During my life I was involved in many jobs/projects. Appliance service and repair became the one that I chose. Back in 2009 I learned to fix and service appliances. I got interested and really liked this job. I started to work for the company which was providing service for home warranties and Appliance manufacturers. I enjoyed driving to peoples home and solving appliance mysteries. Every service call is different as well as every client is different. You have to have a different ways to approach the client and the machine.
Years went by and I was getting better and better at it, when one day decided to start our own Appliance service company. We had some ups and downs like everyone does, but today I can surely say that we are successful and growing company. In May we are opening one more location in East Bay San Francisco which is really exciting. Our East Bay company is called A’s Appliance Repair.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We have many obstacles and off course we had many challenges in the past as well. Two of the biggest challenges that we have and I think every business has more or less, is where to find more clients and professional employees. I think what helps us best to cope with these challenges is networking. I would suggest every business owner to use most of their free time to meet new people and start networking as much as they can. We never know where new friendship might take us and I mean it in a good way.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
My opinion about luck is that if you don’t take a chance you are not going to get any luck for sure. Off course there has been times when we got a lot of luck and there were times when it was completely opposite. I believe that having a firm goal stands on top of any luck, curse or magic.
