We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
In this industry, we refer to it as the “solar coaster.” Over the past few years, many companies– large, national brands as well as smaller local installers, have folded to due intense competition. I believe the reason why they did not last is the lost sight of what was most important. And that is, customer service. For the last 10 years, I’ve built this company based on the customer’s needs. We’ve also stayed aggressive in remaining one of the leaders in renewable energy and the technology behind it. We only work with the best partners who continue to revolutionize the green industry. Many companies have failed and struggled because they did not stay ahead of the curve.
