Meet Vickie Lee of Arnion Ministries in Palmdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vickie Lee.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Arnion Ministries is a prophetic healing and deliverance ministry founded after much prayer in 2009 by Prophetess Vickie Lee, M. Div. I came to a saving knowledge of Christ some 25 years ago and accepted the call to ministry not long thereafter. It has been the great joy of my life! It has also been a walk of faith that required much perseverance. I completed my professional theological degree in 2015. However, I do believe that it is not a degree, but the call of God on one’s life which leads to effective ministry. People are searching for fulfillment in all sorts of areas, but do not always realize that it is God that they need. Ministry distilled is simply to introduce people to Jesus Christ! I am currently an associate minister, foundress and writer/blogger on the Arnion Ministries weblog, [www.arnionministries.com], and a conference speaker. Also, I am a veteran professional educator: 29 years teaching children in Los Angeles County! I am the Godly proud mother of two adult children, Brandon and Lauren, and grandmother of Makayla Rose, Aubrielle, Kennedi, Ginger and Brandon, Jr. Most of all I love the Lord passionately! Arnion Ministries is a product of that love and it was the Lord’s idea! How did Arnion Ministries “get to where it is today”? That can be answered with a scripture: ” Psalm 127:1 Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” I can take no credit, and I do not!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Well, it’s been said that the struggles we go through build spiritual muscles. No, it has not always been easy. But, how could I know God as provider unless there were seasons of lack and need? I learned to depend on the Lord in a more profound way as a result. Our faith is increased as God shows himself faithful. And when I share these things through ministry it comes from a real place! Even after starting the Arnion Ministries weblog, I wondered if it was having an impact. Is anyone reading it? That is where the perseverance I spoke of earlier comes in. God gives us sign posts along the way that we are on track with him.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Arnion Ministries story. Tell us more about the business.
Arnion Ministries is not a business per se, in that it is not a money-making venture. I love to pray! All effective ministry comes out a vibrant prayer life.

Shall I tell you how, the weblog got started? I ordered business cards and with the order came a free weblog for 30 days. I had NO idea what I was doing!

I figured I had nothing to lose. I was on summer break, it was free and I would just cancel it at 30 days. I enjoyed it and realized, ” Hey! Maybe the Lord wants me to continue the website! And so I did.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
You know, life is full of ups and downs! Seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. As a divorcee raising two children things got tough. Luck, has nothing to do with making it through. As I look back over my life, I am thankful for every situation and circumstance God walked me through. It deepened my relationship with him and increased my faith. It does not stay Winter forever. Spring comes around! Don’t misunderstand me, it did not always feel good while in the MIDST of challenges, but having a Christ-centered life with him as my anchor…well, thank God! No, it is not “luck”, it is love. God is love! He loves us!
