Of course challenges have been there since day one. To begin with social networks are difficult to sell because not all understand the operations of it. It is a complex service, it’s not like selling a website where you’re done that’s the end of the service. Social Media management is working hand in hand with the business owners becoming a strategic partner in the success of such business, listening to their needs, figuring their identity and landing your ideas to give life to their brand in a genuine way.
