Today we’d like to introduce you to Aubrey Antis.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Aubrey. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
As a native to Southern California, I grew up watching the real estate industry explode and seeing new cities develop. I knew with real estate booming that I wanted to get involved. Following my love of photography, I now have a growing team to service the Southern California area in Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire. Originally started in May 2012, the company has grown by 100% every single year! Joining the Orange County Realtors Association (OCR) and Young Professionals Network (YPN) has been the biggest blessing to my business. I got involved and it quickly paid off, helping me realize the great vision I had for my company.
Has it been a smooth road?
The first of many challenges was actually figuring out if I could do this. I work really well with a boss telling me what to do and now all of a sudden, I was the one making all the decisions. How do I spend my time? How do I market my company? How do I grow a business? What services do I offer? So many questions and no way to figure it out except to just take one foot in front of the other and do it.
The second challenge was hiring my first employee. The first one never works out but it is such a great learning experience that you end up bettering yourself and your company because of it. This played a major role in me growing my family. Once I had my son, I had no choice but to have my other team photographer take care of some important things while I was busy. Clients weren’t happy that they didn’t get me, they quickly moved on and I realized I would get new clients that didn’t mind so much. It ended up being the best thing! I now have 20+ employees and though my old clients from back in 2008 miss me, they know they still get the same great service I once gave to them when it was just little ole me.
The last major challenge that we are experiencing now is such growth that we dont have enough people to actually staff all our needs! The market is ever changing and it can be difficult to predict. In January 2018 alone, we have bypassed our goals and hit record breaking numbers! If you need a job, call us!

Los Angeles and the greater Southern California area is a fantastic place to start a business! There are so many people out there that need you and what you offer. Don’t be afraid to get out and start something new. I wish I had the confidence I had now back 6 years ago when I started my business… that comes with time and experience but just know you can do it and don’t let anyone or anything hold you back from achieving your dream.
