Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Russo.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
As a German/Italian born in Germany I’ve always been aware of other Countries and cities of this planet. LA was always one on those places that make me curious for more.
After finishing my training for Hairstyling, I did my master’s and a professional Makeup Artist education.
Working in Italy, France, Spain, Germany for big Commercials, Movie and Brands, I got curious for more and made the decision of my life to move completely to LA. I left everything behind and I also lost everything because I took a high risk and sometimes plans don’t work out.
BUT I never stopped grinding & hustling and now I can say I am where I wanted to be. CEO of my own Company & Brand, creator of AROMS an international online makeup school, writer and mentor with my mentoring program for women.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

As I said, I took a high risk because I was depending on a business partner that turned out being “fishy”. And because a promised deal that at the end never happened was the reason why I was not able to stay in the USA and had to go back to Germany with only one bag.
The only thing; at this point I already sold my car, I gave up on my apartment and donated all my clothes back in Germany.
That’s why I had to go back to my Dad & his Girls House which was a disappointment for myself. Don’t get me wrong I love my family but it was hard for my ego. At this point, I am 29 years old.
I have to add that I had my own business and apartment with 18 years. So I have been always been independent.
BUT in the time of being with my back against the wall, I came up with a business idea for an online product which is AROMS and everything worked out smooth and it was meant to be.
Please tell us about Luxury Problems.
LUXURY PROBLEMS by Anna Russo is a Beauty based company that has many arms and legs.
You have Luxury Problems which is the company itself that delivers the most exclusive hair&makeup services. Not only for regular bookings but especially for Shows, Movies, red carpet events and Celebrities. Depending what project, we deliver the amount of stylists that are needed for the specific event.
Luxury Problems has also an own product line with limited edition products in a sexy quality.
Under LP, you will find AROMS the online makeup school and also the mentoring program which both leads into coaching.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I have so many amazing memories from my childhood. But especially I miss the great moments with my mom. She died when I was eight. But I had always fun with my friends, family and my animals. We lived next to a farm in a little village in Germany which was amazing for kids to grow up. My dad did a great job by entertaining me with jokes and fun things we did. It was never boring.
