Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew C. Park.
Andrew, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am a Korean-American and LA native. I grew up in the small suburbs of South Pasadena with my parents, brother, and Yorkie, Perry. An Economics and Administration major from the University of California, Riverside, I saw real estate as an opportunity to help people achieve their dreams in Los Angeles. I am a real estate investor as well. Through an internship with another real estate team, I came across my now current brokerage, Aspire Los Angeles. We are striving to build a presence in the historic neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Being still in the early part of my career, I am eagerly establishing myself as a Los Angeles real estate specialist.
In my free time, I can be found researching the current tech trends and catching up with the latest episode of Shark Tank or Fixer Upper. Friends have usually come to me, asking about the best food joints in Koreatown, especially KBBQ. Besides spending time with friends and family, I am constantly looking for ways to be of service to my community.
Has it been a smooth road?
It is a known fact that as a new agent, it takes some time for people to recognize you as a realtor.
You have to commit your full time to find clients and build a relationship to either help buy or sell a house for them. It simply does not happen overnight. I am a newer agent and still in the process of exposing myself to the community. I see it as a long-term investment but I feel fortunate to had some business already come my way. I am constantly reminding myself that the work I put in will directly allow me the opportunities I am looking for.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
