Meet Amanda Carter

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Carter.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My background and early career was in entertainment. During my 12th grade year and early in my career, I was very clear about being in the music industry. Still in high school, I found some local artists and started on their promo teams passing out flyers. Once I graduated, I got my first job at Warner Bros. Studios and built relationships. Having been accepted to many schools, Howard University was the first choice, but instead of traveling to the east coast, I stayed in Cali to attend CSU, Fullerton to be close to the entertainment scene. In the early stages of my career, I was living my dream. I was working full-time at Myspace (doing Artist Relations, events, and more) while working with an indie label managing artists and writers. By this time, I dropped out of Fullerton because I didn’t think college was a good fit for me. But then, I was introduced to Full Sail University, and it was exactly what I was interested in studying. Fortunately, they offered online programs, so I didn’t have to go to Florida to study. I earned my Bachelors and Masters in Entertainment Business while working. A huge accomplishment for me by the age of 25. From there, the next part of my career moved into the tech space. I started working for PlayStation and then moved over to a startup in the automotive space founded by a reputable leader in that space.

While switching into the corporate world, I started noticing that I had a lot more to offer than I was being acknowledged and compensated for, plus the corporate environment was becoming undesirable to me. I started to realize how much I craved to express my talents, own my time, and help others so I started my own firm called Panoramic Solutions LLC. My company allows me to fully express my talents in all of my areas of interest and help others. I am a business and financial strategist. I help people who are interested in starting a business or already have a business get organized and implement effective systems to increase productivity and scaling. Organizational skills are a key element to any business, but yet sometimes get lost with chasing the vision. In business, there are the visionaries and integrators. I am an integrator and have a strong talent for helping with detail. From the financial perspective, where I come from, financial literacy was not highlighted, nor was I taught it in school. I saw some of the kids in my school have nice cars and big homes, but I was never exposed to how their families could afford it for them. I have a serious passion for sharing knowledge with others, especially in my community when it comes to their genuine advancement. I feel there is a lot of knowledge accessible that people just need to be exposed to and I am on a mission to help. It’s so important that we pay it forward at all opportunities possible. Even though I am in my beginning phases, I have had the pleasure of working with many clients and designing a tailored strategy for them on how to properly set up their business in more effective way, and I have helped many families get their financial picture in order and their family protected for any unforeseeable events.

I am excited to share with the world Panoramic Solutions and I look forward to seeing it flourish to its greatness I have in my vision.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
So far, it’s been a smooth road. In order for me to help others, I had to start with myself and put my own strategy together.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Do your research and be clear on what you want to do and who your audience is. If you need help with development, contact Panoramic Solutions LLC and we can help get you organized.
