Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Nobriga.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Alyssa. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Since I was 12, I wanted to be a healer and live in the redwoods but I also wanted to live in New York City and do business, wearing heels. Somehow following both of those callings, and not needing to try to understand how they made sense, led me to do the work I do today. I empower soul centered leaders to serve at their highest capacities and I support them doing it in a conscious way, starting with themselves. 15 years ago, coaching wasn’t a popular profession so I became a licensed psychotherapist because I love transformation. Doing that work helped me see it was so much easier for people to create real sustainable change, because they would get out of their own way. I’m practical in nature so if they didn’t put it into action and actually change their life, what was the point? A change of behavior is the true test to a healing so I started blending transformation and peak performance in my work as a coach.
Has it been a smooth road?
I knew I loved transformational work but I didn’t know how to make a good living with it without burning out. I was working full time as a therapist and it was rewarding but I would get paralyzed in comparison seeing other people who didn’t “put in the work” to get licensed and it looked like they were having way more fun and success (at least on social media ;). That was hard and totally unnecessary to do to myself… But everything changed for me when I invested in myself and my business and hired a coach for the first time. It was scary and a big investment but coaching changed my life. I discovered how capable and resourceful I was with support. Life reflected back to me my willingness to move outside my limiting stories of what was possible and I powerfully showed up for what I wanted… it was a huge turning point in my life.

I work as a soul centered leadership coach. I run mastermind groups for women, empowering them to take greater leadership, increase their revenue and do it in a way that is aligned with their deeper purpose.
I also have a business course for conscious coaches who want to learn how to run a profitable business while doing good in the world and without needing to get complicated with online marketing.
I LOVE the work I do and I LOVE who I work with.
I love strategy and helping clients create their dreams but deeper than that I love supporting my clients in leading more authentic, fulfilling and inspired lives.
