Meet Allie Casazza

Today we’d like to introduce you to Allie Casazza

Hi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started with an old laptop I bought off of Craigslist for fifty bucks, four kids under age five, and living beneath the U.S. poverty line. Today, seven years later, I am running a multi-million dollar company, have a #1 bestselling book in Target, have over 30,000 women enrolled in my digital courses, and host one of the top podcasts in my niche.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been anything but smooth, to be honest! There have been so many challenges – limiting beliefs, having to work through my money issues, my own mindset getting in the way, dealing with the public’s opinion as part of sharing my life online, getting rejected for opportunities I really wanted, finding the will to keep going and try again… the list is endless, but so is the strength I gained from each lesson these struggles gave me.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned so far is that the struggle will keep showing up until you learn the lesson, so it’s best to look for the lesson in every trial. Be open to learning from it, and things will clear up much more quickly than they do when you resist and complain.

I appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What I do is divided into two parts: lifestyle and business.

I support women in simplifying things that are often over-complicated, both in their personal lives and homes, as well as in their businesses. I am really good at un-complicating things, cutting through the noise for people, and helping them get clarity on exactly what they need to do to make their lives better, be happier, and make more money.

I actually just launched a brand new program called NOW. The women in this round are transforming in a beautiful way. We’ve been releasing strict expectations of ourselves, getting clarity on who we really desire to be, and becoming her. It’s incredible to do this work!

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
The little things make me happy – driving with the windows down at night with my English bulldog, Phoebe in the seat next to me, sitting in the living room with my kids listening to them share about their days, a freshly brewed cup of tea and a blank page in my journal waiting to be filled. I live for the small moments.
