Today we’d like to introduce you to Alina Fridman.
Alina, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
At a very young age, my mother immersed me in the arts through ballet and music, which propelled me to study many forms of art and design, including graphics and floral design. After working in the corporate world for a few years, I combined my passion for the arts and business experience to open a boutique design studio in 2005. While I worked on-site at multiple venues, I built relationships with event vendors from caterers to photographers to entertainers, which gave me a larger perspective on producing successful events. It was magic. My clients appreciated the passion and knowledge I provided and soon requested planning events from beginning to end. I launched Dazzle Event Productions in 2011 and have been producing events ever since.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Adversity arises when we are challenging ourselves. It gives us the opportunity to overcome future obstacles with a renewed sense of strength. By keeping an open mind and curiosity to learn, our path will lead to great achievements.

Dazzle Event Productions is a complete production company offering event planning, design and entertainment. What makes us stand out is that we don’t just do events: we create unique and purposeful experiences that reflect the individual expressions of our hosts, guests of honor, or organization’s mission.
Our creative team is composed of members who have backgrounds in event management, graphic art, floral design, carpentry, set design and performance art. We create events from intimate celebrations to large scale productions. When we pour our passion into our work, our clients leave with an unforgettable experience.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
My appreciation for all forms of art and style allows me to completely submerge myself into each project, creating a unique experience for each client. I take this approach when working with my clients for months at a time, listening to every request and executing every detail. My ultimate satisfaction is that moment when my clients realize their vision transformed into reality.
