Meet Ali Razavi of Razavi Law Group in Orange County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ali Razavi.

Ali, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
About four years ago, I became a freshly minted lawyer with an exorbitant amount of student loans. I thought to myself— I could either gain employment and slowly pay off my debt for the next 50 years or I could take a leap of faith, and start a law firm out of my bedroom. I decided to start a law firm and truly dedicate myself to helping others. I knew that if I focused on helping others, the money would follow. Nearly four years later, I manage a full-blown law firm comprised of legal assistants, lawyers, paralegals and case managers. I occupy two stories in an office building and we have successfully resolved hundreds of clients’ cases. My advice to anyone just starting out, trust in yourself and take chances.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was not always a smooth road. Just starting off as a new lawyer, it was difficult gaining the trust of potential clients.

Razavi Law Group – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a Plaintiffs’ law firm that focuses on personal injury and catastrophic accidents. Each case is tailored specifically for the client’s overall experience. One shoe doesn’t fit all at our law firm and we pride ourself on being able to adequately represent people from all walks of life.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment besides obtaining exceptional resolutions for our clients is being able to navigate through COVID-19 and provide job security for my team.
