Meet Alex Hilton of Hilton BBQ in San Gabriel Valley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Hilton.

Alex, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
In 2010 my wife and I with our great love of cooking and grilling, we decided to share our great recipes with the world. We started catering for just friends and family, and just took off from there. It was word of mouth and social media that got us where we are today.

I have a passion for what I do, putting love in everything I cook is what makes my food so good. Our delicious BBQ is marinated and smoked to perfection to create those savory flavors that will keep you coming back for more!

Our extensive menu offers something to satisfy your every taste bud. Hilton BBQ, home of the best BBQ in Southern California, recommended by many….

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I would say it has been a smooth road. But the struggle would be, I need more exposure.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Hilton BBQ – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
What sets me apart from others is the way we prepare and smoke our meat along with is our seasonings that we use. We are known for our great BBQ pulled pork sliders topped with our fresh slaw and of course our sides. I’m most proud of my team, without them I would not be where I am today.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plan is to grow and have a lot of followers. And I’m also looking into a food truck so I can spread our BBQ.
