Adrian, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started this business out of pure necessity and frustration of the poor existing services out there. I was in a search for a luxurious RV to camp out with my family and I was getting really frustrated with the quality of the RVs out there. Not to mention the high prices and all the add ons.
As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve seen this challenge as an opportunity for business. And this is how Luxe RV was born.
I admire Richard Branson a lot, and when I look at Luxe RV, I want to see it as Virgin Airline brand for RVs. The consumer should have a truly luxurious option and Luxe RV is here to deliver the ultimate level of RV renting.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Everything that is going to be great is painful. I have been through a ton of obstacles.
From learning about a completely new industry, to create a niche market in the industry, and to provide a hotel on wheels in a perfect condition.
Maybe the biggest challenge is to keep up with the demand. We literally had customers threaten us with a bad review if we don’t rent them an RV. I found this amusing, painful and a new problem to deal with since I never seen a customer wanting a product or service so much.

The biggest supporter is my wife. She at first told me to drop this business and focus on my other business. Then she started to support me in this venture. Then she was ok with me traveling between San Francisco – Los Angeles and Las Vegas 5 days a week. And on top of that, she’s a pretty good business advisor.
There are many other factors and people that obviously helped the company succeed, but I feel like now, 2.5 years later, we are starting to build a strong team with a strong culture.
