Today we’d like to introduce you to Adelheid Waumboldt.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
At age 11, I went to boarding school at the Fay School in Massachusetts. We were small children in reality, but at this magical place, we were transformed into serious little business people – wearing suits, attending advanced classes in literature, languages, history, mathematics and all of the sciences. We were held accountable for our responsibilities and were rewarded for succeeding in our many accomplishments.
That ethic had been ingrained from infancy, but at this special school my foundation was set in stone – organization, academia, responsibility – these were the building blocks of my success. Throughout my career – whether at University in Paris or at my first job working for a multinational crude oil shipping company, even while setting up a family office for a UHNW individual in Amman, Jordan, I found that I was firmly planted in understanding the basics of success.
Now, at the ISET Agency – I help others to lay the cornerstones of achievement in their own businesses and entities. We provide entrepreneurs, established entities, and personalities with a wide variety of business development services that are curated to each specific situation. Whether it is branding, marketing, sales, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, financing or matching, we have a solution for every funded problem.
With our proprietary strategic alliance with Rachel Dares of Rachel Dares PR, we deliver fame and fortune to our clients with a 1-2 punch. I help to grow or overcome challenges within our client’s businesses while Rachel creates hype and public recognition of the entrepreneur, entity, or personality. There is no other firm that I know of who offers the services we do.
Additionally, Rachel and I have our own strategic alliances – our head of production is five-time Emmy Award Winner, Gustavo Sampaio – our in-house, Forbes featured, technology and blockchain expert Alex Kehaya has been my dear friend since our days at the Fay School as 11-year-olds in suits. Come to us with your funded problems; we will solve them.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Without a challenge, there is no accomplishment. Everything about good business is about overcoming challenges. I am very proud to say that throughout my life I have been faced with serious obstacles along the way whether personal or professional and without finding the solutions to these challenges I would not be half as capable as I am today.
My confidence stems from knowing that I have faced it all – I am able to run a successful problem-solving business at the highest levels of global entities because I have a proven track record of solving complex problems in an efficient manner. Where some may choose the easy road, I always choose the path less traveled, and while that path may at times be more difficult, it will be designed to sustain anything.
Bring your challenges to me, and I will solve them as I have solved them for myself and countless others. Welcome to the ISET Agency.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about The ISET Agency – what should we know?
Our company is unique in that we utilize proprietary, action-based algorithms to structure businesses, launch corporations, promote personalities, and win fame and fortune for our clients. We are a team of experts, not defined by age, but by experience and structure. Every member of our team has been hand chosen – one may say by God – to work in our entity. While we don’t lead with a religious foot, I have to say that there is something magical about the levels of success we have been able to achieve in a short period of time for ourselves and our clients.
An entity came to us recently, looking to partner with an entertainment power-house in Los Angeles who they had sought an introduction to for four years to seal a very specific deal – they had financing, internal structure, seemingly everything – and yet they kept being turned away for the entertainment entity was “not interested.” We were able to secure that deal within three weeks. Some of the best-known business development experts turn to us when they are having trouble with a niche situation, or when they need to trust an entity to hand one of their projects to.
Our team speaks a total of nine languages, and each person has experience working in the highest echelons of their field. Together we are developing the one-stop-shop, firm of the future, where all developmental problems can be solved in-house. I am incredibly proud to be part of this team, and while I am the President of the ISET Agency, this title does not cloud my very clear conception that we are strong because of the many parts which make us whole. I am grateful and empowered to work with the best in business to serve our clients.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
In any business interaction, I proceed confidently, yet with caution. Leave greed at the door – there are definitely deals that are not worth touching no matter what the price. Ego is an incredible hindrance to an open mind and a clear perspective – leave that one at the door as well.
I am a product of my environment as we all are, and I am empathetic not only to the people around me but to the cause/reaction quotients that continue through every human interaction which does become the basis for all business deals.
Observe everything. Speak well, but listen better. Keep an open mind – even when you are an expert, you are not always right. Pay attention to the details. Understand your client’s needs – and in my position, you must be able to understand the client’s needs better than they do, for if they understood their own needs, they would not need my services.
Breathe, laugh, maintain balance, structure – eat three meals, read often, learn as much as you can, be grateful for every moment. This is my best advice.
