Meet Aaron Anvaripour of Redondo Mortgage Center in South Bay

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Anvaripour.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
After graduating from UCLA in 2004 with a degree in Economics, I was still deciding what career path to choose. My father had been successful in Real Estate and had been encouraging me to join the industry. But I wasn’t too interested at the time. I wanted to blaze my own trail and do something different from what he was doing. So I decided to become a commodities broker. That lasted only a short period of time before I learned that it wasn’t for me and that I needed to make a change. So in 2005, I started my career in Real Estate as a loan consultant at Redondo Mortgage Center and I’ve been with the company ever since. It’s been a perfect fit and I’m so glad that I eventually decided to follow in my father’s footsteps and get into Real Estate business.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to success has not been easy for me. When I first started in 2005, it was right before the peak of the housing bubble. Making money at that time was simple because pretty much anyone could qualify for a loan. Everyone in the industry thought it was great and the good times were rolling. But it wasn’t until after the housing bubble popped that our skills as mortgage professionals were really tested. There was a huge change in the industry from easy credit to credit being tightened. Most loan officers left the industry to find employment in other fields. However, it was by sticking to the business during those down times that I grew the most. It was during those difficult times that I learned the important lessons about mortgage lending. I learned how to deliver unparalleled customer service, and how to become the best possible loan consultant that I could be.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
At Redondo Mortgage Center we assist borrowers with obtaining loans to purchase or refinance residential and commercial properties.

We specialize in simplifying the loan process to make it really easy for all of our clients. We also specialize in structuring loans so that they are always approved and funded on time and without any surprises.

We are known for our unparalleled customer service, and that is what sets us apart from other companies.

The highlight of my career thus far has been seeing our company grow from its humble beginnings to now becoming recognized as one of the top-rated mortgage companies in Southern California. This a result of our hard work and dedication to customer service. The many glowing endorsement from our clients is what I’m most proud of.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up in the South Bay, there was always something fun to do. I always had a good time, and thankfully never got into much trouble. I came from a home where my parents and grandparents taught me a lot about respect and manors. They wanted me to learn at a young age the importance of treating people right. I always enjoyed being around people, it was easy making friends when you can make people laugh. It was only when I was around pretty girls that I would get quiet and intimidated. Sports were also a big part of my life. Some of my fondest memories as a youngster was watching sports with family and friends.
