Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Genius.
Hi Tony, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Originally, I was in the music business and had an opportunity to write for a company based in Nashville. I decided to move from California to Georgia, and live in Atlanta. As I was getting settled in, I met some new friends in the city. They happened to be adult entertainers, and knew of this lucrative underground event that they worked at and made a lot of cash. I wanted in, but found out it was stripping, which would be something new for me. I decide to check it out, and join for my first experience, I ended up making about $700 for my first night, being the new eye candy I guess everyone wanted a piece. So from there, I decided to move into strip clubs and more commercial stripping. This allowed me the opportunity to set my work schedule and make a monthly income that gave me the ability to pay my bills and save money. I continued to do that as the pandemic hit, forcing everything to shut down. I fully shifted at the point to adult work, focusing on launching my Onlyfans and JustForFans pages and really creating my brand Tony Genius. Everything shifted to online, and I had to learn to connect with everyone though social media.
As the shutdowns started to end, I moved back to Los Angeles, and at this point I had hired an agent to help me book professional adult film work. I knew that I needed to maximize my exposure in order to be the most successful. I began shooting adult film work in 2021 back in Los Angeles and San Diego, and from there it blew up pretty quickly, I was booking gigs left and right once again as a newbie to an industry that is hungry for new faces. My career exploded, and I can now say I am one of the top performers in the industry, and I have shot over 100 professional scenes in my 4 year career thus far.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a person of color, I have experienced different hardships and indirect discriminatory actions that make how I operate change. I like to believe that the industry is moving in a positive direction, with the expansion of Onlyfans giving us more power and control of our content. I hope to see more inclusion, I do have to work hard to position myself to stay booked and busy, but that is just the hustle that anyone has to be able to compete with to get booked.

I definitely like to think my brand is unique, being a bisexual adult film star who works in the gay, Straight, and trans industry with success sets me apart from a lot of other men in the industry. I also have a lot of experience when it comes to business as I have worked in many different professional settings, managing my own success. And of course, my smile 😁 no one has one like mine and I love to show how happy I am.

It is truly inspiring to have a foundation that keeps me grounded and humble.
