Today we’d like to introduce you to Qi Yun
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been a road with struggles, but at the same time, I always know this is what I want to do in my life. I would question myself if I’ve been doing it the right way but never questioned if I want to do it or not.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a fashion designer recently graduated from Fashion Design MFA. I’ve been study fashion design in Fashion Institute of Technology for 6 years since college.
I’m specialized in special occasions womenswear. I also wear ready-to-wear and unisex clothes to make people stylish and effortless. I selected the best fabrics in New York City imported from all over the world mainly Italy. It’s my goal to create garments as art pieces with great quality and poetic style.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Never give up when it gets difficult. Always stay focus on what you’re doing. People would learn from you if they think you’re great. And keep producing and creating.
