Today we’d like to introduce you to Peyton Lambert.
Hi Peyton, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Peyton Lambert. I am a salon studio owner in Valencia ca that specializes in hair extensions. I opened my own space to give myself the room to grow. I am very passionate about the continued education in this industry. I have dove deep into my craft the last 8 years and now have the privileged of teaching other stylist to be the best at what they do!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been some struggles along the way but i have my eyes set on the big vision. I have had to deal with a failed partnership, self doubt, and of course solid. When you know where you’re going the bumps dont feel as bad, they are just part of the ride.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am known for being an educator of the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method. This method has skyrocketed my career. It is a sewn in hair extension method that is comfortable, undetectable, and durable. I am most proud of my dedication to not only my craft but elevating the industry standard. Hairstylist have the ability to make a great living, their work and drive just need to match. I am working hard on developing the younger generation of stylist to do just that!
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love that everything is accessible in our city. I don’t love that people view others that do the same thing as them as competition. I really do thing we go further when we have a collaborative mindset.
