Life & Work with Oscar Wang

Today we’d like to introduce you to Oscar Wang.

Oscar Wang

Hi Oscar, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Throughout my life, I’ve remained an artist, initially as a graphic designer before transitioning into filmmaking. The essence of visual communication holds immense significance in my journey. Every step I’ve taken and every challenge I’ve faced has been propelled by love. For me, life itself embodies art, and conversely, art embodies life.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As I navigate through the postgraduate stage, I find myself several years older than my classmates, which means I must exert extra effort in my studies. Despite the social pressure that comes with this dynamic, I cherish the enriched experiences it offers. I derive immense satisfaction from embracing these challenges.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I excel in uncovering the beauty within life, making humanistic photography my forte. When crafting scripts, I particularly relish the aspects of logic and character development. My aptitude for logical thinking lends itself to articulate expression, a quality I take great pride in.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Chase your dreams instead of following the crowd; dare to stand out in the bustling city, unafraid of society’s scrutiny, and live life according to your own standards of excellence.
