Hi Kimaya, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My goal with Well Seasoned Nutrition is to empower my clients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to make informed decisions about their diets. Together, we create meal plans that fit seamlessly into their busy lifestyles taking into account personal dietary preferences, medical history, and goals for overall health.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I think the main challenge is the overwhelming amount of nutrition information out there. Unfortunately, many of my clients waste precious time and money pursuing recommendations that are scientifically unreliable or too vague to actually be useful. This is where Well Seasoned Nutrition can be incredibly helpful. As a Registered Dietitian, I help my clients develop strategic meal plans using evidence-based information as well as my personal experience counseling hundreds of patients before them.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am most proud of finding realistic and sustainable nutrition solutions for my clients. Usually by the time they come to me, they have already tried a multitude of diets, many of which are very restrictive. My goal is to focus on creating eating patterns that are practical, enjoyable, and easy to maintain over the long term for achieving their health or medical goals.
