Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Irons.
Hi Jasmine, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into the world of intuitive energy healing was born from both love and profound pain. In 2013, I lost my eldest sister, Jamila, to a brain aneurysm. Her passing left a deep void, and in my longing to stay connected to her, I found myself seeking out mediums and exploring energy healing. What began as a search for comfort grew into a fascination with the spiritual world her death had opened for me. Over the years, I immersed myself in studying different healing modalities. Then, in 2018, I experienced another heartbreaking loss, a late-term miscarriage that required me to deliver my son, Shiloh. The pain was shattering, yet from that devastation, he opened a space within me that I didn’t know existed. I began creating flower art, a gift that revealed itself through my grief. It became both my therapy and a sacred expression of my love for him.
After more than a decade working in television, I felt a clear call to step away and dedicate myself fully to energy healing. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to understand my purpose: to help others navigate their grief, trauma, and pain. I became an alchemist of grief, transforming sorrow into healing, beauty, and meaning. Now, I have a tarot based wellness & healing company with my sisters and partners called 3 of Cups and I’ve never looked back. Temperance Intuitive Energy Healing, offered under 3 of Cups, provides intuitive energy-healing sessions designed to support balance and well-being.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’m not sure the road to healing and to helping others heal is ever smooth. Nothing in life is truly linear. There will always be highs and lows, and I believe those moments shape our character and help us remember who we are. There were times when I questioned my abilities, battled imposter syndrome, and wondered if I could really build a stable business from this work. I faced two more miscarriages and eventually a divorce. But today, I live in peace with my beautiful son, Phoenix, who I wouldn’t have if it those miscarriages didn’t make way for him and I feel as though the divorce has given me a clean slate. I’m learning who I am again in this new season of life and it feels fun. What I’ve realized is that when you’re living in your truth and purpose, you are always loved and supported. Developing 3 of Cups wellness company with my sisters is proof of that. I’ve been paying attention to the Universe’s quiet winks and following the breadcrumbs they leave behind. Over time, I’ve developed a deep trust in my own abilities.
So yes, the road hasn’t been smooth or easy, but I don’t believe I came to this planet for easy. I came here to feel, learn, love, ascend and to evolve.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an intuitive energy healer, and the metaphor I often use to describe my work is this: we all come into the world whole. Imagine looking at your full, radiant self in a mirror then life happens. Someone tells you who you should be, or who you’re not. You experience abuse, neglect, heartbreak, or loss. Slowly, that mirror begins to crack. My role is to help you gently piece that mirror back together so you can see your wholeness again and ultimately empower you to become your own healer. I have the ability to intuitively see where energy is stuck in the body and bring it into your awareness so it can begin to release. I’m also a creator; I make flower art, called the Empress’ heART under 3 of Cups, another expression of healing that emerged from my journey of love and loss. I’m proud that, through every struggle, I stayed true to myself and continued forward. This work is my calling. And when you know you’re meant to do something, no one can take that truth away from you.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t really believe in good luck or bad luck. Hard things happen, sometimes really hard, and it’s up to us to learn from them and become the alchemists of our own lives. It’s our responsibility to raise our frequency and align with the true intent of our soul. I’ve learned to keep trusting, keep believing in the work I do, and continue tending my inner garden. Because of that, a beautiful garden has begun to grow. Yes, there have been dead trees and rotten fruit—failures and disappointments, but each one has taught me how to be a better gardener. And with every lesson, I get to watch my garden bloom even more.
