Hi Amanda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For years, I struggled with work-life balance and experienced burnout despite various attempts to manage stress. I tried working out, eating healthy, and optimizing productivity, but I still felt overwhelmed and exhausted.
Then I discovered breathwork pranayama and meditation. At first, I was skeptical. How could something as simple as breathing help me find balance and peace? But as I started to practice breathwork every day, something shifted. I began to feel more present, centered, and joyful. My stress levels decreased, and I found myself better able to handle the demands of work and life.
Breathwork not only helped me manage stress, but it also became a powerful tool for healing and transformation. I discovered that it was not just about the physical act of breathing but also about accessing and releasing emotions, memories, and traumas stored in my body and mind. It was like peeling off layers of stress and tension and addressing the root causes of my burnout.
One of the most significant breakthroughs I experienced with breathwork was in my relationships. It helped me heal past trauma and reconcile with my family that I had been estranged from for six years. The emotional burden was weighing heavily on me, but through breathwork, I found the courage and clarity to confront and process those wounds. It allowed me to release old patterns, grudges, and resentments, leading to meaningful conversations, forgiveness, more compassion, and ultimately, a restored relationship with my loved ones.
It was truly a life-changing experience that inspired me to become a Certified Breathwork Meditation Instructor and start PranaFlo. With a deep desire to share the remarkable benefits of breathwork, my goal is to empower others in building mental strength and emotional resilience. I am committed to making this practice accessible and affordable to help others thrive in their mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. While there are many benefits to being your own boss, there are also unique struggles that come with these roles. When working alone, it can be overwhelming to manage everything yourself and can be challenging to stay inspired and constantly come up with fresh ideas.
Nevertheless, I’ve come to realize that having a clear vision and staying consistent can help navigate any ups and downs. Therefore, my advice to anyone in a similar position would be to keep pushing forward, regardless of how small or large the steps may be. Some days may be better than others, but perseverance is key.

As a certified breathwork meditation instructor, digital creator, and entrepreneur, I specialize in helping individuals achieve mental, emotional, and physical well-being through the practice of breathwork pranayama and meditation.
My main focus is on providing accessible and impactful breathwork experiences through engaging and immersive videos. I specialize in utilizing breathwork pranayama and meditation techniques to help individuals relax, release stress, heal past trauma and overall build mental and emotional resilience so they can flo through life’s challenges with greater ease.
I strive to create unique breathwork meditation experiences that are tailored to the needs of my clients. Over time, I have been fortunate to develop a reputation for creating safe and inclusive spaces where individuals can explore their inner landscape, connect with their breath, and tap into their innate healing capabilities.
One aspect of my work that I am most proud of is the transformation I have witnessed in my clients. Many of them have reported experiencing reduced anxiety, increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and enhanced creativity through regular practice of breathwork meditation. It brings me great joy to witness the positive impact that breathwork can have on people’s lives and I am humbled by the positive feedback and the opportunity to support others on their wellness journey.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to breathwork meditation. I draw on my diverse background in wellness, mindfulness, and personal training to create unique and innovative breathwork sessions that are accessible to a wide range of individuals, regardless of their level of experience or background.
In addition to my work as a breathwork meditation instructor, I am also a digital creator and entrepreneur. I use digital platforms to share educational content, guided breathwork meditations, and resources related to mental health and well-being. I am passionate about leveraging technology to make breathwork meditation more accessible to people around the world, and I am constantly exploring new ways to use digital tools to support individuals.
Overall, I am proud of the work I do and I am committed to continuing to inspire and empower individuals to discover the transformative power of their breath.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
There’s this incredibly inspiring quote by the legendary John Wooden that my high school basketball coach had us memorize and recite: “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.” It’s such a powerful statement that has stuck with me ever since.
Success to me is not about external achievements or meeting societal standards, but rather it’s about finding inner peace by knowing that you’ve given your all to become the best version of yourself. Success is deeply personal and subjective, as it can look different for everyone. It’s about the fulfillment that comes from knowing you’ve pushed your limits and strived to reach your highest potential, regardless of the outcome.
