Hi Helen , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?

What I’m being called to do now is step fully into the level of visibility and leadership that I used to shy away from.

For years, I stayed quiet, working privately with high-profile clients and letting my results speak for me. I avoided putting myself out there, interviews, content, networking, because I was focused on the work itself.

But now, I’m being called to expand my voice, my presence, and my reach. Not for attention, but because the level of care and expertise I offer deserves to be accessible to more people who genuinely need it.

This year, I’m embracing opportunities I would have once avoided: sharing my story, elevating my brand, and stepping into the role of someone who leads, not just someone who works behind the scenes.

I’m still private, but I’m no longer hiding. I’m allowing my work and my purpose to be seen with intention and authority.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

My name is Helen Pacheco, and I’m the founder of Calma Vida, a luxury mobile massage practice delivering a cinematic, high-end wellness experience directly into my clients’ homes.

What makes my brand unique is the way I work: I don’t do routine massages. I specialize in advanced deep tissue and Brazilian lymphatic drainage, and every session is crafted with precision and intention. Everything I do has purpose — no generic sequences, no guessing, no “one size fits all.” My clients feel the difference immediately because the work is targeted, technical, and results-driven.

My approach is shaped by years of working with professional athletes and high-profile clients who expect nothing less than excellence, silence, and absolute discretion. I’m known for my attention to detail, from the curated sensory setup to the equipment I bring to the way I personalize every session. The experience is refined, consistent, and elevated.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?

I’ve released the part of myself that overextended for others at the expense of my own growth and well-being. What once felt necessary is now recognized as misaligned with my purpose. Protecting my energy and prioritizing my path allows me to operate at full capacity and attract opportunities that truly matter. Letting go of that pattern has created space for authenticity, alignment, and uncompromising excellence.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?

The fear that held me back the most was the idea of being visibly present in my industry.

My business grew through word-of-mouth, referrals, and the trust of clients who valued privacy, so I never felt pressure to be public-facing or active on social media

Because I’m naturally reserved, the idea of putting myself or my work on display felt unnecessary, and honestly, uncomfortable. I worried that being more visible might conflict with the standard of discretion my clients expect.

But I’ve learned that visibility, when done intentionally, can exist without compromising privacy.

Today, I’m navigating that balance, allowing myself to be seen just enough to share my expertise and expand my work, while still honoring the confidentiality and quiet luxury my brand is built on.

I’m still a private person, but I’m no longer allowing that fear to make me invisible.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?

I’m committed to the philosophy that wellness isn’t an indulgence; it’s an intentional, disciplined practice to live a happier, healthier life.

My mission with Calma Vida is to set a new standard for mobile massage: precision, discretion, and results clients feel immediately. I am unwavering in my commitment to crafting experiences that are tailored, thoughtful, and elevated. There are no shortcuts, no compromises in delivering true results.

Excellence is deliberate. Every session, every detail, and every client interaction is curated to deliver maximum impact. I am continuously a student of my craft, always learning, refining, and evolving my skills, because mastery is a journey, not a destination. I refuse to settle for anything less than the highest standard.

The light I’ve been dimming is my own story. I’m naturally reserved, and over the years, I’ve worked with extraordinary clients, reached milestones, and been given opportunities that often go unseen because I chose to stay quiet. I held back not from doubt, but from a commitment to discretion and precision in my life and my work.

I’m learning that owning my accomplishments and speaking confidently about my journey doesn’t diminish others, it sets a standard. My shine isn’t for everyone; it’s for those who understand, value, and aspire to excellence. Sharing my story strategically allows me to claim my space, inspire intentionally, and stay unapologetically present without compromising discretion or integrity.
