Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Celine Witherell & Aimée Janisch of everywhere

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Celine Witherell & Aimée Janisch. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Celine & Aimée , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Many mental health struggles are carried quietly, hidden behind routines, productivity or a smile. What often goes unseen is that there’s no single path to feeling better. Some people benefit from talk therapy, getting organized, exercise or medications, while others find relief in rest, connection or even a really funny movie. Everyone’s road to improved mental health looks different, even when the struggle itself is shared.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
We are professional organizers and best friends who create customized systems based on how people actually live, not how they’re supposed to. Our work is tailored to each client’s lifestyle and routines so their spaces truly stay organized. This year, we’ve rebranded with a new logo and website that better reflect our approach and who we are today.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
One of our earliest memories of feeling powerful comes from Aimée, at 12 years old, after taking an eight-hour babysitting course and getting cpr certified. That night, she went home and made a flyer that said “certified” and put it in every mailbox on the block because she was hungry to make her own money. Earning it herself meant she didn’t have to ask her mom anymore. After watching her struggle to raise three kids, she just wanted to contribute and take some of the burden off her.

When did you last change your mind about something important?
We last changed our minds when we decided to update our logo and website. The old logo wasn’t bad, it represented us while we were building the brand. As we’ve grown, we needed something more refined that reflects the sleek, customized nature of our work and the confidence we bring to it now.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Unfortunately, yes. We really can’t fake anything, for better or worse. Authenticity is one of our core values. Do we sometimes say weird things? Probably. Are we going to change ourselves to fit a mold? Never.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
Us. Literally. The care, the detail and the deeply custom way we work. We build real relationships with our clients, often becoming friends whether we try to or not. There’s a personal, almost therapeutic element to what we do, a true understanding without judgment and a focus on giving people agency in their own spaces.
