Inspiring Conversations with Travis White of TLW Agency & Rayvent

Today we’d like to introduce you to Travis White.

Travis White

Hi Travis, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Well, my journey has been a blend of creativity, resilience, and a touch of serendipity. I started by exploring social media through platforms like MySpace and Tagged, which became my creative playground for expressing myself and developing an eye for aesthetics. With a degree in fashion, I learned to appreciate the power of style and storytelling. Moving to Los Angeles sharpened my focus on fashion and the digital world, which ultimately led me to roles where I could merge my love for visuals and narrative—first as Kim Kardashian’s Social Media Manager and separately for her brands, KKW Beauty, KKW Fragrance and SKKN by Kim, and then by branching out on my own as a digital storyteller and influencer.

Throughout this journey, I’ve prioritized authenticity and supporting causes close to my heart, like veganism and promoting underrepresented brands. Today, I’m running my own agency, TLW Agency, focusing on digital storytelling and social media management, where I partner with inspiring clients across beauty, wellness, and vegan spaces. I’m also launching Rayvent, my own sunglasses line, which has been an exciting way to express my aesthetic vision. Each step has taught me the importance of staying true to my values while connecting with audiences in meaningful, personal ways.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road! Shifting from working for established brands to building my own agency was exciting but, honestly, terrifying. There’s something about working for yourself that makes you confront every fear and insecurity—whether it’s finding clients, managing finances, or just believing in your own vision when no one else does yet. At times, the lack of stability has been overwhelming. I’ve had to learn everything from the ground up, from client acquisition to negotiating contracts and setting boundaries with my time.

One of the biggest struggles has been maintaining faith in my vision on the hard days when things felt uncertain. I didn’t have a big safety net, so I had to trust that each step I took, each client I secured, was building toward something real and lasting. Now, as I’m building a portfolio of clients, including some amazing names in the vegan and wellness spaces, I see it all starting to come together. I’ve also launched Rayvent merchandise, which has been a rewarding way to share my brand’s style and vision with others. And I’m working toward the launch of Rayvent sunglasses next year.

This journey has taught me that you can’t let fear have the final say. I’ve found that when I stay aligned with my values, put in the work, and stay open to growth, things really do start working out—even if the path isn’t always clear or smooth.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business, TLW Agency, is all about digital storytelling that’s real, impactful, and unforgettable. As a digital creator and social media manager, I specialize in helping clients, particularly within the vegan, wellness, and lifestyle spaces, develop an authentic voice and connect meaningfully with their audience. I’ve had the privilege to work with some amazing clients who align with my values, and I bring a blend of creativity, strategy, and a personal touch to every project.

What sets TLW Agency apart is our deep-rooted commitment to authenticity and a strong belief in representing underrepresented brands. We don’t just create content—we build a narrative that resonates. My own story as a vegan influencer influences the work I do, so I’m able to guide clients with that same passion and purpose. Our services cover social media management, content creation, partnership management, and we even offer a growing line of Rayvent merchandise that reflects our bold, edgy aesthetic.

I’m most proud of the way TLW Agency has grown organically and become known as a voice that truly advocates for conscious, independent brands. Launching Rayvent merchandise has been a big milestone, and we’re gearing up for the Rayvent sunglasses launch in 2025, which will bring my vision of edgy, accessible eyewear to life.

What I want readers to know about TLW Agency and Rayvent is that these aren’t just brands—they’re an extension of my values. We’re here to amplify voices that deserve to be heard, support movements that make a difference, and provide services that are not only professional but also incredibly personal. Whether it’s creating digital stories, managing social presence, or launching a line of merchandise, we do it with heart, intention, and a commitment to excellence.

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I think what I’d love to leave with readers is a reminder about the power of authenticity and staying true to what you believe in. Whether you’re building a brand, managing your personal life, or simply navigating day-to-day, embracing who you are and honoring your values makes all the difference.

With TLW Agency, I’ve set out to create something that goes beyond just managing social media; it’s about building stories that mean something and helping brands that care to connect with people who feel the same way. And with Rayvent, I’m excited to bring my vision to life through merch and, soon, sunglasses that feel like an extension of my style and personality.

So, if you’re a brand looking to make an impact or just someone passionate about the vegan lifestyle and independent creators, I’d love to connect. Let’s keep supporting each other, creating with intention, and making our voices heard.
