Today we’d like to introduce you to Thais Eliasen.
Hi Thais, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Public Relations has been in my veins through my dad who is still a boss in PR and watching him have such fun in this field made it easy for me to choose this carrier path. This year is my 5th year as an entrepreneur owning my own business and 15th year in the profession. It is amazing to look back and see the journey that lead me here. Lots of risk taking, strategy and grit.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been smooth because I live at the edge of every possibility. Maybe it would’ve been smooth if I had a different personality or approach to business. But I honestly and earnestly believe that all things are possible with the exception to creating or stopping time. That is in fact the only human limitation. So why not dare, try and go for it?
We’ve been impressed with T. PR, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
t. PR is a global Public Relations boutique firm that serves brands and entrepreneurs with a hyper-focus on brand awareness and recognition nationally and internationally. We are known for our vision and execution through creative and relevant strategy. We partner with entrepreneurs who are dreaming to start as well with established corporations who are looking for growth in the public eye.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I have learned so much from the pandemic. As a human being, a mother, a business owner and a publicist, I noticed through those difficult times people realigned their priorities, they also learned how to be flexible because at times there was no other choice. Everyone had a chance to cut off what wasn’t; important and invest time and resources in what it was. These are amazing life lessons that everyone should know, unfortunately the school that taught it was the biggest global hardship of our time. Learning to bend and not break is a master skill every entrepreneur and business owner should know.
