Today we’d like to introduce you to Roger Tsai. M.D.
Roger, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Growing up in a small suburban town in Florida, I’ve always had a passion for science and medicine. My early interest was sparked by winning multiple science projects in grade school and having a mother in the medical field. Additionally, my love for playing musical instruments and staying active in sports made me realize that I wanted to combine art, science, and medicine through hands-on work. This led me to pursue a career in plastic surgery. After completing the extensive training required to become a board-certified plastic surgeon, I chose to establish my practice in Beverly Hills, the epicenter of plastic surgery, where I’ve been for the past 10 years.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any career, there are challenges along the way. Spending years in school and training until my early 30s means you miss out on certain life experiences, and real life doesn’t truly begin until you’re a bit older. It’s all about delayed gratification, but in the end, it’s definitely worth it. Running a private practice means juggling two roles—one as a surgeon and the other as a business owner—often requiring me to wear multiple hats at once. However, having a great team and supportive staff makes the journey much smoother.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, serving patients from around the globe. My focus is on aesthetic cosmetic surgery, considering the body as a whole, and I specialize in both plastic and reconstructive surgery. The procedures I perform most often include rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, with a particular emphasis on breast revision surgeries. In addition, I offer non-invasive rejuvenation treatments and comprehensive regenerative health services. What truly sets my practice apart is the personalized, concierge-style care we provide, tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Above all, I take great pride in the satisfaction and confidence my patients feel with the results I deliver.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without my parents’ unconditional and steadfast support. As both role models and mentors, they have instilled in me the values of hard work and integrity, shaping me into the person I am now.
