Another challenge has been staying true to our standards in an industry where cutting corners is sometimes normalized. It can be tempting to prioritize speed or volume, but maintaining quality and consistency takes more effort and discipline, especially as a company grows.

We’ve also learned that building systems, training the right people, and setting clear expectations takes time. Those growing pains were necessary, and they helped shape how we operate today.
