Inspiring Conversations with Naomi Allen of My company is called Abundant Women Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Naomi Allen

Hi Naomi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?

My journey began 8 years ago when I started working in marketing. I collaborated with a variety of brands and businesses, learning how to grow and market them effectively. Over time, I came to see this work as more than just strategy—it was really an investment in people. I realized that my true passion lay in helping individuals develop their ideas.

I continued working with businesses until I knew it was time to step into coaching. There was a clear need for people with big ideas to receive solid, reliable support. I understood how to get a business off the ground, and I wanted to help others do exactly that.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Every project you start comes with obstacles. Obstacles are actually gifts. They force you to decide how dedicated you are to a thing. You have to develop work-around skills. My challenges were surrounding how I was going to work full time and start my own business of professional coaching. I was determined to make room in my life to carve out my own business model at a time when I was overwhelmed with my job and parenting responsibilities. Everything is possible when you are disciplined and follow your own plan.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Over the next 5 to 10 years, professional coaching will continue to thrive as a multi-million dollar industry. Many Fortune 500 CEOs, as well as emerging business owners, are already working with professional coaches—because it’s essential.

Just as we hire personal trainers to improve our fitness or invest in continuing education to stay current with industry trends, professional coaching is a strategic investment in personal and professional growth. In many fields, it’s our responsibility to stay ahead of change, and hiring a coach to support the development of your business, book, or startup is no different.

The professional coaching industry has seen tremendous growth over the past five years and will continue to soar as long as people have vision, ideas, and the drive to bring them to life.
