Inspiring Conversations with Lili Gonzalez of Mommy With Style and Graze

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lili Gonzalez

Hi Lili, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into catering started with a deep love for cooking and hosting. For years, family and friends encouraged me to turn my passion into a business, and I finally took the leap. What began as creating small charcuterie boards quickly grew into offering full grazing tables and curated catering experiences.
With my husband, a proud Marine veteran, supporting behind the scenes, we’ve built a business that focuses on fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and bringing people together through food. Seeing the joy my creations bring to others is what keeps me inspired every day.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
So far, the journey has been smooth, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Of course, like any business, there have been learning curves, figuring out logistics, balancing time, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly. But overall, the support from my family and amazing clients has made this experience rewarding and enjoyable.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Mommy With Style and Graze is a catering business specializing in charcuterie, grazing tables, and homemade Mexican dishes. I focus on creating beautifully curated food experiences that bring people together, whether for intimate gatherings, corporate events, or celebrations.

What sets my business apart is the attention to detail, fresh high-quality ingredients, and personalized touch that goes into every order. I take pride in making each spread visually stunning and delicious while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for my clients.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me to make their events special. My business is a family effort, with my husband, a proud Marine veteran, helping behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Together, we’re committed to delivering exceptional food and service that elevates any occasion.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The catering industry is shifting toward more personalized, visually appealing, and convenient dining experiences. Grazing tables and charcuterie are growing in popularity, along with a focus on sustainability, locally sources ingredients, and dietary accommodations. Technology will also play a bigger role in online ordering and marketing. I’m excited to adapt and continue creating unique, high-quality experiences for my clients.
