Hi Kim Bajorek and Roger Hardnock, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We are Kim Bajorek and Roger Hardnock, and we’re living proof that it’s never too late to manifest the loving relationship you’ve always dreamed of. We came together in our mid-fifties, and in a way it felt miraculous—filled with synchronicities, intuitive nudges, and even some seemingly counterintuitive choices. But our journey was never about luck or stumbling into the right person after years of dating; it was about taking real, intentional steps that transformed not only how we attracted each other, but how we showed up for ourselves first.
We were two single people who had spent time alone, and were ready to put ourselves out there again. This time, though, we wanted love to be different—to feel as if it had no limits. We each wanted a relationship that would exceed all of our expectations— that was built on being the best version of ourselves.
We spent time learning how to break through limiting beliefs and lifelong patterns that kept us from what was possible for us. We got crystal clear on what we wanted in the relationship of our dreams. We knew we weren’t looking for just anybody; we were seeking a deep, fulfilling partnership that would feel aligned and expansive on every level, and we wouldn’t settle for anything less.
Miraculously, when we finally met, it became clear that the paths we had walked—the work we had each done—had been nearly identical. We attracted each other because the best version of ourselves and our individual dreams had aligned perfectly.
Since coming together we’ve been asked countless times: “How did you do it? How did you find such an amazing relationship?” Because it was so clear that the work we had done individually was exactly what led us to each other, we decided to dedicate ourselves to teaching others about this path that worked for us. This isn’t about how to date; it’s about making transformational shifts on a holistic level— to become a magnet to the kind of loving relationship you’ve always wanted.
Although we believe that age should not be a barrier to finding love, we also know that there are unique challenges to those seeking love later in life. The opportunities to meet people often seem fewer, and many give up, thinking they’re too old, too afraid of being hurt again, or too “something.” But we’re here to tell you are a beautiful, amazing, unique person who is worthy of all that you can imagine, if you allow it. It’s about aligning the best version of who you are with the best version of what you desire in love, and letting the Universe do the rest. It’s like magic.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We don’t use the term struggle, really, when we talk about our journey. We were committed to doing the work, to get ourselves right first, and then truly understanding what we each wanted in our ideal relationship, before we ever thought about dating or putting ourselves out there. We were not looking for just any partner; we each wanted that one special person that we could fully resonate with, and share ourselves fully in a complete, loving, supportive partnership. If anything, time often seems to be the greatest obstacle , but we were each fine spending time alone. And once we aligned ourselves with the best of who we were, and became crystal clear on what we each wanted in love, and committed to having it, without compromise, we knew the rest was beyond our control, and we were fine allowing the Universe to deliver our story to us in the most magical way. And that it was. We simply followed the bread crumbs, the subtle and not-so-subtle messages, the synchronicities, and the sometimes counter-intuitive guidance that ultimately brought us together.

Our mission at kimandroger.com is to help others, particularly those 50+, find the perfect-for-them loving relationship of their dreams. Our specialization is based on our proprietary coaching method called Manifestationship, where we help our clients align with the best version of themselves, and teach them how to attract a partner and a life together that will often exceed all of their expectations.
What we’re most proud of is developing programs that actually work, and we know this because these are the same techniques we used to find each other. We’re not about teaching others to play the numbers game- by seeing how many dates they can go on before hopefully finding “the one,” or settling because they don’t believe true love is even possible for them.
What sets us apart is that we help others take a holistic view of themselves, how they are attracting through the energetic signals they emit, while learning to define what they truly want in love, and then we guide them toward releasing what does not serve them, while strengthening what does. Ultimately, we help people become magnets for the love of their dreams.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
We are strong believers in getting crystal clear on who you are, your beliefs and values, and what you truly want before taking any action. We attract from the energies we emit, and clarity is a powerful attractor. More practically, we would recommend researching those who have achieved success in your area of interest, who have similar values and have done the work themselves, and begin to emulate those qualities. In essence, be that best version of yourself and the network will begin to expand naturally, and mentors will appear.
