Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Ung.
Hi Jonathan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
This is the magical story that I share with everyone’s first time at my shop or delivery!!!
… the magical story started because
GOD was sooo goood to me, he didn’t know how to fix my character so he made me nurse my beautiful grandmama from an aneurysm… he used my beautiful grandmama to build me a genuine heart and he took her because I was ready to build a genuine life to make my beautiful mom the happiest… how I became famous for my apple fritter was because… every time when I’m in the kitchen, I kept asking GOD if I could serve a story about what moms go through behind close doors that people will never know about, care about or understand!!! So he made me pick the apple fritter because it’s the hardest donut to make and it matches my story!!! So later on LA Times newspaper wrote and said it was the best… following with kcet… but the catch with kcet … I told them they can not put the donut shop’s name in the article… all I want is for everyone to know that I was raised by one of the best mom and that moms have the hardest job in the world… I never market anything because every day, God only brings me the best people… he always reminds me to make everyone feel important… so when you leave my shop or after delivery, you leave your heart with us and leave with our relationship!!!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

I’m the owner. I only serve the best people!!! I’m known for my donuts and apple fritters!!! What sets me apart is that I’m God’s favorite!!! I just want everyone to know that moms have the hardest job in the world!!!
