Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe Killinger.

Hi Joe, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have been a real estate entrepreneur and investor for many years, I launched and built a few real estate startups, divisions, investment companies, and brokerages for other people over the years and I finally decided to launch my own company. I launched Commercial Brokers int. with my business partner 17 years ago, we are a full-service firm that transacts around the country.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The commercial real estate business has treated us well but we have had times that the economy made things a bit difficult. We have been through a banking crisis, devastation from earthquakes, and a pandemic that created an uncertainty and volatility in the markets. I believe we are fortunate that we are located in Los Angeles so we don’t see as much of the fluctuations as other markets. Being full service is also something that keeps our company strong, when one asset class struggles others seem to perform well.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Commercial Brokers International is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage that transacts around the U.S., we represent sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in commercial leasing, sales, and investments.

We have represented Elon Musks Boring Company, Conan Obrien and many other high net worth clients over the years.

I am a firm believer that first and foremost, we are a marketing firm for our clients and ourselves, we make it a priority to create quality marketing/content that gets noticed.

Our reputation is the most important to me…we carefully crafted a great reputation over the years…we will never cut corners.
