Inspiring Conversations with Emily Collins And Natalie Bernacchi of The CEO Besties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Collins And Natalie Bernacchi.

Emily Collins and Natalie Bernacchi, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi, we’re Emily + Natalie, your CEO Besties.

We met just over a year ago at a local women’s circle hosted by a mutual friend. There were a lot of people that night, so we only connected briefly, but when Natalie introduced herself as a mindset coach, Emily was immediately intrigued. A couple of months later, Emily slid into Natalie’s DMs on Instagram and asked if they could grab coffee to talk all things mindset coaching. What was supposed to be a quick coffee date turned into a two-hour walk about life, business, motherhood, values, and everything in between. Somewhere on that walk, Emily said, “Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a group of women all building businesses and supporting each other?” Natalie said, “Yes. I’d join that.”

A few text messages later, we decided to host a mastermind together. When that very first mastermind meeting finally came, something happened that neither of us expected. You could feel it. The energy in the room was electric. We didn’t even need to say anything. We just looked at each other and knew.

This was it. This was our soul calling.
What we thought was the business (our individual businesses) wasn’t the business.
This was the business.

That first group sold out and within a month, another one sold out. It all happened so fast it felt like the business version of a shotgun wedding — unexpected, a little wild, and completely meant to be. That’s how The CEO Besties was born.
What started as one gathering of like-minded women turned into a movement. Proof that when women come together with honesty, heart, and high standards, everything changes.

Natalie is the corporate dropout. After 15 years in building customer success and account management teams in tech startups, she walked away from the corner-office version of success because corner offices don’t come with Tuesday sunsets, and nothing matters more than sitting front row in her kids’ lives. Now she helps women design businesses that fund freedom and support a life they’re in love with.

Emily is the stay-at-home CEO. She turned the “stay-at-home mom” label into her CEO story, investing in startups and real estate while rewriting the rules of motherhood and business. Obsessed with growth and big conversations, she helps women build businesses where freedom is the bottom line.

Together, we’re building a new model of entrepreneurship rooted in connection, intuition, and self-trust. Where business feels aligned, life feels full, and success actually feels as good as it looks.

Best friends. Bold founders. Rule-breakers on a mission to help women create big vision, big income, and big freedom through businesses that support their life.

We don’t believe in fitting into someone else’s version of success.
We’re here to rewrite the rules. 🚀

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We always laugh at this question, because for the most part it’s been incredible. Some things have come together effortlessly, and others have been a little bumpier along the way.

Everything about this business has moved fast. The ideas, the launches, the growth. We said yes before we had the plan, the systems, or the operations figured out. We were building the plane on the runway, and for two women who like things organized and intentional, that stretched us in all the best ways.

The alignment between us has always made decisions feel easy, but that doesn’t mean it’s been effortless. We’ve learned to take messy action, pivot quickly, and trust our instincts even when the path isn’t clear.

We’re both certified mindset coaches through the Quantum Coaching Academy, which gives us the same foundation in communication, emotional intelligence, and inner work. We also share very similar values in life and business, and that’s been our anchor. We both lead, listen, and navigate growth through that same lens, which is probably why our partnership works so well.

Still, we’ve had our moments. Tech fails right before events, late-night working sessions, juggling the kids schedules with mastermind meetings, and plenty of “figure it out as we go” days. We’ve learned to laugh through the chaos, trust the process, and give ourselves grace, because as long as we’re having fun and making an impact, it’s all worth it.

So no, it hasn’t all been smooth, but it’s been fun, really fast, intuitive, and full of so much growth and learning. And, honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The CEO Besties is a growing movement and community for women who are ready to redefine success on their own terms.

We help ambitious women build businesses that support lives they’re in love with through business masterminds, a virtual membership that helps women go from side hustle to CEO, in-person retreats, and community experiences that blend our three core pillars: mindset, community, and business strategy.

At the heart of it all is The Rocketship Mastermind and The Launchpad Society membership.

The Rocketship Mastermind is for the woman who has fully stepped into being the CEO of her life and business and is ready to scale now. Nothing is stopping her from going after her dreams and building a business that grows with rocketship energy while supporting a life she’s absolutely obsessed with. It’s part boardroom, part hype squad, and part deep inner work lab.

The name came naturally. In the early days, multiple people described us as rocketships: fast, driven, and full of unstoppable energy. We knew it was the perfect fit, because the mastermind isn’t about where you are now, it’s about where you’re going. Rocketship energy is alignment, momentum, and expansion without burnout.

The Launchpad Society is a virtual membership and community for women entrepreneurs who are ready to go from side hustle to CEO of their life and business. It’s for the woman who craves genuine connection, meaningful conversations, and the kind of growth that feels exciting, not exhausting.

Inside, we turn networking into real friendships. We host monthly connection calls that spark new ideas, share referrals that lead to aligned opportunities, and invite guest experts who offer strategies that actually make a difference. It’s a space built on collaboration, curiosity, and women cheering each other on.

What sets us apart is that we don’t separate life and business. We talk about scaling, systems, and strategy in the same conversation as womanhood, identity, and self-trust. The women in our rooms aren’t just CEOs of their companies. They’re CEOs of their life.

We’re known for creating spaces that feel both high-level and deeply human, where real strategy meets real connection.
Brand-wise, we’re most proud of the ripple effect. The women who come through The Rocketship and The Launchpad Society simplify their businesses, grow their income, and build lives that actually feel as good as they look. They tell us they’ve never felt more seen, supported, or aligned.

At its core, The CEO Besties is proof that you don’t have to choose between ambition and ease. You can build big things, live fully, and do it surrounded by women who make you braver.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What we love most about living in the South Bay is the energy of the community. People are genuinely kind, welcoming, and inspiring from the moment you meet them. Everyone just has this shared love for being outside — morning walks on the Strand, beach days with the kids, sunset surf sessions, and long talks over coffee. It’s a place where people actually slow down enough to enjoy life, even while doing big things.

We love that we get the best of both worlds here: the creativity, opportunity, and magic of Los Angeles, wrapped in the warmth and ease of a small beach town. It’s like living in a postcard with really good coffee and really good people.
What we like least? How spread out everything is. You could spend half your day just getting across town. Los Angeles has endless things to do, but without great public transportation, sometimes it feels like you need a strategy session just to plan your route.

(That’s why we decided to also have a virtual offering – The Launchpad Society and a virtual Rocketship Mastermind – so that women who are not easily able to commute to the South Bay can still join in on all of the magic and momentum)
